These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Agent X (“the Service”), available at agent-x-ai.com. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when signing in via email/OTP or Google, and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session and any API keys you connect via Bring Your Own Key (BYOK).
You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, infringes on others’ rights, or violates the acceptable-use policies of the underlying AI providers (Gemini, Groq, OpenRouter, ElevenLabs, and any others you connect). You are responsible for content you submit and generate through the console.
If you connect your own AI provider API keys, you are solely responsible for usage and billing incurred on those keys through the Service. We are not liable for charges billed by third-party providers.
Group Chat, voice calls, and invites are provided for collaborative use. You are responsible for the conduct of members you invite into groups you own, and for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post there.
Agent X routes requests across multiple AI providers with automatic fallback, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service or of any individual provider integration.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via our Contact page.
The public marketing site may display third-party advertisements served by Google AdSense and its partners. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the content of ads served by these networks. Your interactions with any ad, and any product or service advertised, are solely between you and the advertiser. The Service, including AI-generated output, is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent X is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or reliance on AI-generated content.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
